Best Budget Case?

I have looked at it, some of the reviews complain about build quality and bad shipping.

At $60 it's hard to get a really solid case. I haven't read many reviews of the source so I would say go with the 200R. I love me some Corsair :))

For the longest time, I thought that I would go with the Corsair 200r (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018) but recently, the Thermaltake Commander (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133196) has caught my eye. Which of these is better, or is there a better case around $60?

I care more about Cable Management for airflow purposes, but in build quality is also important.

I really like the NZXT Source 220. It's a solid case, looks great and has some nice cable management options.

I can vouch for the 200r.
