Hello LTT form,

 

i just recently made my own unraid server and got plex, every thing worked fine tell i bought plex pass and started to add my family to the acc. well long story short when ever they watch on there phones or TV my plex server starts to add random clips from the movies and add them in as a media file. i've attached screen shot of what is happening, any help would be great.
