For faster video editing, you'll need to step up to the Ryzen 5 1600 (which should last a good while). For gaming, just run with medium settings for the time being as GPU prices don't make sense atm, but they are coming down.

gtx 1060 and ryzen 2600 should work, maybe another 8gb of ram and an ssd if you can afford it.

Any better Case than the one that I Built my pc in.Also What Size SSD should I get.

I like my Mastercase Pro 3. It depends on how much video editing you plan to do and at what resolution. It is better to get too much though then too little.
