Fps problems

Hello,

 

I have a problem with my pc. Every time i start my pc and i want to play a game. my fps is low and shitty until i restart my pc.

can anybody help me with this problem. because it is really anoying to restart my pc all the time.

when i launch csgo, my fps are 20 fps or so. and when i restart it they are around 300 fps.

i play csgo on 4:3. with a Nvidia 1050 ti.

Full system specs and have you done any special tweaks? That sounds like GPU driver isn't working correctly, or if it's laptop it starts by using integrated GPU first time.

it is a desktop.

specs:

ryzen 5 1500x

msi geforce gtx 1050 ti

8 gb ram 2.133hz

Try with different driver, either older version or beta version. Its most likely GPU related issue. Or if you can run some benchmark and check how GPU temps and usage are while doing it. Same thing would be helpful to see while it happens with games.

 

Another thing that might be a reason is pagefile. If you have small-ish pagefile, filling that up might be seen on fps. Shouldn't be issue if everything is left default.

I've came across this problem before and I believe it's something to do with Windows hybrid mode, try this and I hope it helps. 

 

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type in Power Options, and then press Enter.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Choose what the power buttons do.
3. Under the Shutdown settings section, uncheck the box next to Turn on fast startup (recommended).
4. Click the Save changes button.

There is a feature in both Windows 8 and Windows 10 that allows your computer to start more quickly. While these features (fast startup for Windows 10 and hybrid sleep in Windows 8) can be quite useful, they have been known to cause several issues, such as repeated restarts. There are two ways to turn these features off; to proceed, select either of the methods below and follow the steps.

Yes I took this from another website hence the last part saying there is 2 methods.
