Asus Laptop not posting

my asus rog g55vw won't boot to the asus logo or doesn't even boot to bios .. keyboard backlit light up and shutdown itself after 20 sec +

tried everything like replacing new cmos battery , removing all ram and boot 1 by 1 , tried other charger .. does this mean my motherboard is burnt?

Where is the clicking noise in the video coming from?  Is it coming from the pooter?

Unless you have a clock going tick tock I think theres something physically wrong with your laptop.
