Streaming CSGO

I stream on a daily basis loads of different games and i dont have any trouble with lag or FPS drop whether it be a multiplayer game like overwatch or single player like Shadow of War. However as soon as i come to stream csgo my game lags and constantly spikes to 150+ ping...
I get around 75mbps down and 5.5-6mbps up i stream at 1600x900 scaled resolution at 3000 bitrate - NVEC H.264 - 60fps - downscale filter bicubic

 

If anyone knows why or has any suggestions that would be great!
