My 7600k (Delidded + kryonaut TIM + conductonaut LM + H115i AIO) seems to be hitting a wall trying to break 5.2ghz with cache freq anywhere higher than 4.8ghz causing instant crashes.
Currently sitting at 1.39vc 5.2ghz core/4.8ghz cache.

Temps are great at 29-30c idle and max temps of around 65-70c with no AVX offset.

My RAM is a bit of an oddball, originally I had an 8gb Ripjaw V (2133) kit with no XMP (manually overclocked to 2600mhz), I was strapped for cash when i picked it up but I picked up a 16gb 3000mhz ripjaw V kit.
They don't seem to mind running together - albeit a lower clock speed - have the entire 24gb at 2800mhz with a 4gb RAMdisk setup as pagefile only.
Would it be worth while to scrap the 2 4gb sticks in favour of the 16gb kit with xmp?

Anyway, i'm rambling, here's a screenshot for proofs and any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

*Only ran aida64 for 15mins needed the computer for other tasks

**Full Specs:
-7600k @ 5.2ghz

-Strix Z270E
-MSI GTX1070 (1582/4006 base + 2038/4498 boost)
-1350W 80+G PSU

-16gb G.Skill Ripjaws V 3000mhz XMP + Basic 8gb G.Skill Ripjaws V 2133mhz

-H115i AIO

-Janky McGyver case thats down right embarrassing - but gets the job done.

Pagefile in RAM, why?

If you run out of RAM, it swaps to the pagefile, but why do that if it ends up in RAM anyway?

I'm so confused...

Nice OC tho.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

ikr XDDD. you can also disable page filing altogether if you want to do this and keep your whole ram available. ram disk is convenient for caching, temp files browser stuff.

i don't think there is much advice anybody can give you. you're just hitting the ceiling of what is achievable, and you are in the territory where the numbers get bigger just for the sake of having a bigger number. actual tasks don't improve anymore. getting the next 100MHz will barely give you 1% more scores in benchmarks. and since you've made it that high i don't think the ram configuration is hampering anything. i can only give you a thumbs up, gj. no avx offset is particularly impressive

I only can refer to 7700k on siliconlottery.com

As of 3/22/18, the top 10% of tested 7700Ks were able to hit 5.2GHz or greater.
