you should be fine with that cpu

 

if you're planning on using OBS with the x264 encoder for example, it can be very cpu intensive and a i7 8700(k) or ryzen cpu might be the better choice.

you can also use the nvenc encoder from nvidia but this will result in less quality compared to x264.
