Halp me.

Is there any way to synchronize my headphones and my speakers. I want stuff like spotify music and youtube videos to come out of my speakers and all the game sounds to come out of my headphones. (with realtek audio management)

No. You have to switch every time.

If you have multiple soundcards this can work by setting 1 to recieve the games signal and the other to recieve the remaining.

Okay how do I get the audio to my headphones and still have my microphone (wich is in the headhones) work

there are a few programs to do this. My old laptop had dual independed headphone jacks, meaning each could be sending out a different output. One is called VBCable.
