Test Server Build

So I plan on making this my test server build, what do you guys think? Should I add any case fans and if so what kind? Also how is the power supply and what would you guys recommend for storing the pc on carpet (obviously not directly on carpet).

EDIT: Most of these are parts from my old build, the case and the power supply are the only things that I would have to buy new. I plan on running a linux OS on here with at least an apache or nginx server, a mysql server, an arma 3 server (not 24/7), a ftp server, and a git server or some sort of real time file editing server.

For a test server, id just go used r710

Haha thank you, I thought the same thing. What would you rate it as a test server? (Out of 10)

for your use 8-9. Fast cpu, modern platform(uefi, ddr3), low power, ssd, good amount of ram.
