Sennheiser GSX 1000 / GSP 600

Hey guys,

So, just today, I got my new GSP 600 & with it the GSX 1000. 

I'm extremely glad with the sound quality in-game.. it's just impressive. 

The problem I'm having, though, is that when I talk to friends (either be it on Discord, TeamSpeak, Steam chat and whatnot), to my surprise I hear them just... bad, like, I have to turn their volume down a TON to just support the noise (it basically gives me headaches), and a friend told me that my old mic worked better -- the old mic was one from a headset I had to buy in the supermarket for literally 20 bucks.. it's crap. 

Do any of you know of anything I can do to try to fix this?
