This ^^^

Also try different cables and ports.

If it is overclocked, bring it back down to stock settings.

If its not [multiple] really loose cables, then thats some severe artifacting if its not bad drivers (update them if you can) or that your overclocking the card. If that is the case you'd need a new GPU that one is pretty toast.

So its 100% graphics card? if so i will just order new one

We don't know if it's the GPU specifically, which is why we need to rule out displays, cables, and ports.

Also, what model GPU do you have? As mentioned by @suchamoneypit, update drivers too.

Has your card been thermally abused at any point in its lifetime?

Never cleaned my pc is full of dust, also it sometimes get stuck in bootloop, and i got the error code something with "video" but could not read it all, the screen is ok at startup but when it starts loading to windows it gets fucked. if im lucky i can load it into windows or else its just boots, turns off and boots again.

Clean everything. Blow out all the dust, replace thermal compound.

Displays and/or cables.

I would say clean the GPU thoroughly and then determine if you actually need a new card.

If you have a friend that will let you test their hardware, that'll work

@Crunchy Dragon So i just turned the computer randomly on today, i had removed the graphics card set it in again and everything works like a charm, i checked the error logs for the blue screen it was this one 0x00000116 VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR, so what do you think was the fault with it since it randomly works again? I aleready ordered new card tho, is this one safe to sell (the old one) ? Temperature with furmark doesint go over 62c i cant think this is a heating issue...
