White lines across screen

So my computer randomly restarted when I came in my room and then it loaded up fine. Card is a 780ti. Only have the issue when running video through it. On board graphics work fine. Until it crashed and booted up like this. I have reseated the card and nothing changes. Wat do. Is it the end?

Have you checked or tried with a different monitor cable?

 

Looks like it could be a failing card...

If you can, disassemble and check the thermal paste + inductors that are stamped with "R33".

FYI, GTX 780 Ti is on the list.

Never taken it apart but I'm tech savvy so it shouldn't be an issue. This windforce card uses a slightly modified reference pcb so I don't know if that article applies or not. Thanks for the input. Will try different cable. Don't really have another monitor to test.
