Trouble with WD MyCloud.

So I purchased a WD My Cloud.

 

I am wondering whether or not is it possible to decide when it goes to sleep? Say I want it to go to sleep after 3 minutes of inactivity. Is this possible?

 

Another problem I am having. After it has gone to sleep, it seems to wake up sporadically, which is frustrating when trying to take a nap. What might be causing this?

My Samsung tablet, the router, other devices that can find it on the network perhaps?
