Looks like it's a known problem that has something to do with the Nvidia drivers crashing. Have you tried updating/reinstalling the drivers?

Tried uninstalling and updating 

 

This error literally makes playing any game impossible

Yea, that's the Nvidia driver crashing.

Maybe try using DDU in safe mode to wipe your video card drivers before trying to install the newest version again.

If that doesn't work, try installing a slightly older driver.
