folder permissions

I recently updated windows to the latest version and i have a folder windows old.I tried to delete it but i m not able to,I don t have the permission.Windows says that i have full control on everyone(administrator system and me) but i still cannot delete that folder.What should i do

It will either delete itself after a while (was it a month or 2?) or you can delete it through disk cleanup I think (right click drive > properties > cleanup or w/e it's called in english).
