Since OLED pixel can be individually lit wouldn't it also be possible to light up the pixels in different brightness much like the BFD (i believe that there are individual panels that can have a different brightness) from Nvidia. You would for example have a spot on the display where the sun is blinding you and on the other side the shadows perfectly dark much like in real life.

yes, that is how OLED screens work. we can already see this in effect and there are OLED HDR displays that can do that but even better.

So do you think that from the gaming developers kind of site do they have to implement this feature into their games or dose the hdr oled display handle this on its own?

Why couldn't the brightness be controlled and stored via software? Like if you increase the brightness of this pixel currently at 50% by 10% its now stored on the computer as 60%. I dont know if these terms apply for the English language but what we would say to that on german would be a control (Steuerung) wich means that you have an input say 10% increase but you cannot check that with the actual output. What that would be is a regulation (regelung) where the output is checkt with the input and compensated for any inconsistencies.
