PC randomly dropping internet connection over WiFi

I'm having a very frustrating issue with my PC. My PC in my room is connected to a Comcast gateway over WiFi because my house doesn't have a hard wired network. Over the last few weeks, occasionally I will lose internet access for about 30 seconds, but only on my PC. I'm not great with networking but I'm going to try my best to describe the issue. When the connection goes down, any online program or game will essentially "lag out." Discord will still show that I'm connected, but no voice or text will come through, and it will eventually go into a loop of trying to disconnect and reconnect. When playing an online game, for example The Division, and the connection drops, I basically lag out and cannot interact with anything until I am disconnected with a network error. This also happened a few minutes ago when I was downloading Far Cry 5, so I opened up the WiFi status window and noticed something odd. There were no packets being received, and only a few being sent. The "IPv4 connectivity" then showed "No internet access", with "IPv6 connectivity" following shortly after. The connection must've reset or something because a minute later they were both back to "Internet."

If anyone has any idea at all as to what might be causing this, please help. The wireless adapter is Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A that came with my ASUS X99 Gaming board. Running Windows 10 Home 64-bit, version 1709, build 16299.309. Below is an image of the WiFi status window that I described earlier. I also use Google DNS, for what it's worth. It's happened with both Comcast and Google DNS so I don't think that's an issue.
