NVIDIA INSTANT REPLAY STUTTER

Hello gamers. I have GTX970 and I7 7700K. When I record my last 5 mins, or even record a video, playback of that video is skipping frames and stuttering. I tried to change location of cache and video both, I reinstalled Windows, changed video playback, literally everything, but for f sake nothing works for me. So I just hope for you guys that u got a fix for me. Thank you.
