It's PCIe, sometimes labelled GPU or VGA. If you're wondering why the keying on the connectors doesn't match on both ends, that's so that you can't plug the cable in the wrong way. 

 

Your PCIe cables may be 6+2 cables, which combine to make any 8 pin. They look like this:
