I know it is kinda old beast rig, is it okay for budget? My budget is around rm1200($300 maybe)... P.s. the items are used.. Can you rate my plan?

Will it play games? Sure.. will it be a good experience? Probably not the best to be had, but certainly not the worst either.. though closer to worst than best on the full spectrum.

It is on par with the r5 2400G apu system, so 1080p medium/high. 

You could build a 2400g system, if the ddr4 ram prices hadn't skyrocketed.
