So my buddy has been into gaming and finally got a pc for a really good price he got a i7-4770 8gb of ram a 250gb ssd and a gtx 650 for 300 a whole pc for that much it was a great deal the only problem is the gtx 650 to be honest cant hold its own even in 720p its really limiting the pc because I got a i7-2600 and gtx 1060 and can max out 1080p most games and he can barley medium 720 so What do you guys think a good gpu under 120$ would be old or new dose not matter that can play league of legends fortnite and hearthstone at least on medium or high settings.

I would just go with what you have because you cannot get anything good new or used for cheap. I would save up for a GTX 1050 or 1060. I don't know how it runs games as I do not have one. Good luck!

I've been doing a lot of research on these. Check your local craigslist listings and I guarantee you will find a good card for ~$150.

Lots and lots of 1050 TI's from uneducated bitcoin miners have flooded the market at low prices and that card should definitely hold you over at 1080p. From there you might get lucky with a good deal on a 970 or 780.

Here's a deal on a 960 in Dallas

I'm not sure I know the Craigslist page for "Succ". you could try succ.craigslist.org? /s
