All x5460 instructions on DG41RQ?

Is there any way to mod the bios/make all instructions recognised on the intel motherboard? I can only boot windows 7 right now and I have the latest BIOS (0017) with 4gb ddr2 800mhz.

I have - (MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, EM64T)
