These are Intel mobo so I dont know whether you are a Ryzen fan affects things...

 

It comes to looks. The physical difference is only the Asus has 2 less USB 2.0 ports than the Gigabyte.

Buy whichever motherboard you think looks better. If I had to choose, I would buy the Asus ROG z370-E motherboard.

Ram compatibility and overclocking are not an issue with Intel. It only happens to AMD because they only just come in once again.

At stock, the turbo boost mode is turned on so you need not care about it.

It should be fine, but test the system with 2133mhz first.
