Help on Ram upgrade

Hey guys really need help. Wanting to upgrade to 16GB ram but I'm not sure how/where to start? Do i buy another 8GB stick or ? I am new to this so any help is appreciated, my specs are blow. Would it better to buy a 8GB Stick if so which one etc? TY in advance.

Looking at your output here, you have only 2 RAM slots and both are used already... you would need to buy a new 2x8gb kit to get 16gb.
