No. It’s dependent on how the PSU is internally laid out. Cool whine affect individual components inside.

POWER SUPPLY (อุà¸à¸à¸£à¸à¹à¸à¹à¸²à¸¢à¹à¸) CORSAIR 850W RM850X [CP-9020093-NA] (80+ GOLD)

Image result for seasonic x 750

Just Curious and wonder if does it has anything to do with or different with a psu having the PSU Cord End on their Box either Vertical/Horizontal. as I bring the RM850x and x-750w (the one I still use) as examples

in terms of any Arcing/Bzz that audible near the cord. Cord stability that it would loose and fall off or Coil whine. Horizontal and Vertical cord at the PSU end have nothing to do with right?

It makes zero difference to the operation. It all depends on how the PSU is physically laid out inside.
