Anyone here from Poland?

poland uses the same plug as the rest of europe minus UK weirdos.

otherwise, no clue, i am not polish.... it's a cheaper country than the rest?

from what i know though, kurwa covers most of the polish vocabulary. Go to a pub? kurwa to order. Needs directions? kurwa helps. Need whatever? just use kurwa, and you'll be very polish.

ps: yes the kurwa part is a joke, don't do it. Though it's kinda true...

Just remember that PLN (Polish Zloty) doesn't have 5 PLN banknotes - only coins. Common mistake amongst the foreigners because USD/EUR/GBP all have "5" notes.

English is the most spoken second language although do not expect a cashier in a grocery store to speak it well.

And yea, if you are coming from the West (Germany/France/UK/US/etc) it will be cheap for you - at least when it comes to the cost of living and consumption.

Don't expect the tech to be much cheaper though. Just an example, Samsung Galasy S9+ costs 3999 PLN which is about the same as you can get it from german Amazon (maybe a little bit cheaper)
