convert fonts into ascii code?

Hey!
 

I need to embed certain fonts into this python extension. The fonts in the extension look like this for the font EMSBrush: https://pastebin.com/MVayKrd9 

Been trying for ages to convert a .ttf font into this single line of code but I just can't figure out how..

 

Any ideas / suggestions?
