PC being a D--k

Hey, I have recently moved my gaming rig into my new MDF made desk pc. Now when I start my Computer up it will boot to windows then instantly shut off, I'm pretty sure that it isn't a short as there are no screws are any unnormal sounds I'm very worried please help.

Usually if it will just shut off like that after a full boot into windows its for a couple different reasons

 

Bad connection to PSU

Bad PSU

Bad Overclocks

Thermal shut down protection

 

These are the most common you will see when you move a PC etc.. did you totally move it or just move the case into an enclosure within your new desk?

I had totally moved the motherboard into the desk like Linus did with his desk pc, and I haven't overclocked and the PSU was working a day ago when I had the everything in a normal tower, as well as I, had just put a new thermal paste of the CPU. could it be the cable extensions I have used

first go into your BIOS and check what your CPU temp is reading in the BIOS. This will be your best indication if its a thermal shut down issue or not.
