auto text replacer for chrome??

    Hello, I am looking for a chrome extension or program that will be able to scan a webpage I visit and change the text to something I choose. Like be able to go to a webpage and have it automatically exchange all instances of the phase hello world to goodbye world. Thanks!

There used to be an extension that would do this on YouTube automatically.  All comments would be replaced by "herp" and "derp" repeated a random number of times.  It was wonderful for increasing the quality of the conversation.
