Graphics card replacement fans

I recently got an Evga GTX 960 from a buddy for free. I have noticed that the fans are off balanced and make a wobbling noise. I was wondering what fans would be a good replacement. I am currently looking at pure wings 2 from bequiet! I plan on running the fans at full speed all the time.

the Venture HP-14 is pretty neat, dunno if it'll exactly fit though

Grease it first, wobbling fans had some dirt inside, flush the magnet with contact clean and spray with some wd40.

Fan system is not rocket science, if it turns then is not dead yet.

Fans usually under performing from dust buildups.

Buy new fans if you are sure absolutely sure it is dead.
