so no one with some suggestions here?

Its difficult to estimate the excact raw power needed by the CPU to encode on 720p60 very fast preset. But from my experience there must be something wrong with your setup. I have a friend using an Intel Pentium G3220 for his streaming PC and it works fine on 720p60 very fast, he is hitting ~75% CPU load with it, your i7 920 is more then 3times faster i mean the Intel Pentium G3220 is only a 2C2T CPU hitting ~230points in Cinebench Multi Bench. So either you are doing something wrong, or something isnt working correctly. (faulty hard or software/bottleneck). IF you want to find out please post your full streaming rig system specs, maybe we can find something.
