Probably not, reinstalling windows is the quickest solution for software issues.

Hi there,

Recently I just started to hear my PC roar, yes i cleaned it. and I checked the temps. They have been rising and lowering. As well as when I start up my PC it's a little slow where chrome stops working or other applications. Is it because of the CPU?

seeing your CPU usage and temps rise/fall as you open and close applications is normal.
