Usb device not being picked up

So i have a CH products yoke that was working fine with windows 10 I unplugged it to plug something else in and now it wont show up anywhere in my computer no matter what usb port yes it works perfectly fine in my laptop any idea how to get it to work again I already tried reinstalling usb drivers

did you eject the drive or just pull it out VIGOROUSLY
