Best CD/DVD for data storage?

yeah, yeah, I know flash drives are smaller and cheaper and generally better but I've already bought an external read/writer to watch movies so might as well store some stuff on disks, whats the best disk set you can get for, let's say, $20 at OfficeMax, Target and/or Wal-Mart?
