gtx 1060 code 43

my friend has a new laptop https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078K45Q5R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ZPhNAbCPYWB9R but the gpu is giving the code 43 he has uninstalled the drivers a few times called nvida tech support with no help? do you guys/girls know a way to fix this

I had a problem like this when I put the wrong bios on one of my 970's under SLI - I had to make the other GPU primary and reflash the bios on the other 970 - whether its the same who knows

where can i find the bios for a gtx 1060

Try the laptop manufacturers website - DO NOT USE A BIOS FROM A CARD VENDOR as they are completely different

Try here looks like the same model, just confirm it is a Predator PH317-51
