Well I can tell you are not a native speaker, neither am I :-).

I had a hard time to get behind what you want to know.

So, to sum this up:

1. You get black screens out of nowhere

2. Your GPU was changed to a new one

3. Your PC was in a local PC store for diagnosing the problem

4. You can't enter the bios because it only shows a black screen

That all correct?

1. You get black screens out of nowhere

only with bios screen like videos ( old card is dead ) with new card same problem

i worry about mobo or psu burn new card

also old card i was have black screen in game when i use ( Fullscreen mode )

displaying should wait 2 min

new card is cool but bios black screen still not fixed

2- Your GPU was changed to a new one

yes new and old ( bios not fixed )

3. Your PC was in a local PC store for diagnosing the problem

Yes like maybe ram not work like that but we knew card  is dead

4. You can't enter the bios because it only shows a black screen

yes exactly with old card + new card

But note windows run fine

sometimes i pressing F2 to enter bios black screen holding windows not running i`m sure i was in bios but not displaying

with HDMI or DVI

i reset bios by COMS  and removed battery not fixed

i didnt  OC anything

problem bc mobo or psu ?

does your cpu have an igpu? if so try to remove the dedicated GPU and connect your monitor to the boards video-port and see if you can enter the bios that way.
