IT's not just OW, any game including furmark, I unistalled all the drivers with windows uninstall but not DDU does it make a difference?

it can make a difference, sometimes things linger that are unknown to the operating system. (not a great way of describing it, but in thats the gist of it.) DDU will wipe it all out and discover any hidden things that shouldnt be there. Check your graphics settings and reset everything to default if uninstalling doesn't work.

Ok will do this when I get home and report back. I unistalled and reinstalled windows fresh, and that didn't seems to do anything either /:
