Fan for push/pull on x62

So I'm getting a new case. Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass since my S340 Elite has had trouble cooling the GPU after I put the rad in. So I'm thinking of getting a slightly larger case and have the rad front mounted but this time with additional fans for push/pull to make sure the 1080Ti gets enough air. I fear that top mounting it would cause some clearance issues or make the top of the motherboard inaccessible for trouble shooting should the need arise.

Push/pull should bring in enough air through a rad right?

Anyway, i'm asking this in the liquid cooling forum cause I need advice on what fans you guys are using on your radiators. I currently have the two stock NZXT fans but they're not that good.

The black Noctuas? Corsair ML series, BeQuiet?

Thanks for the response. I have actually decided on the Corsair ML fans and got them delivered today. They look great, hopefully they perform as well as they look.
