hello

I have a problem with my computer when I play games. When I start some games, they crash during gameplay immediately after a few seconds. Sometimes I can play for 2-3 minutes before the game crashes. I have this for games like Crysys (first), Rise of The Tomb Raider, Titanfall 2 and to a lesser extent Mass Effect Andromeda. Some games work perfectly without any problems like GTA 5, Simcity, Ghost Recon, Division, and Rainbox 6 Siege. My PC is (was) quite powerful so I don't know where my problem may lie. Personally, I think it's my GPU.

My specs:

CPU: Intel i7 4790K
Motherboard: MSI Z97 MPOWER
GPU: Inno3D iChill GeForce GTX 780
RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast XMP 16GB
Power supply: Corsair CS750M
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: Seagate 4TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Thanks

EDIT:
Here is a log file of my GPU during gaming, As you can see, right before the game crashes, the GPU doesn't even go 100%.

I don't see anything wrong with the log file apart from the GPU temps being suspiciously low.

Does your PC crash in any other applications?

Is your CPU overclocked? What are temps like?

Have you done a stability test for CPU and memory?

HAve you done a Memtest on the memory?

Are your drivers and games up to date?

When did it start?

The above would help narrowing things down but my suspicion is drivers not behaving and only real way to solve this is completely reinstalling a fresh copy of windows but you can try driver cleaners as well.

If you have done all of the above, I would suggest uninstalling your display drivers and cleaning up residuals with http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and then reinstalling the latest drivers (remember to restart after uninstalling, again after cleaning and agian after reinstalling the drivers).

Thanks for the reply.

First of all, the temps are low because my room temp is like 17-18 most of the time. And the game crashes like a few seconds or 1-2 minutes after I start playing , so it doesn't real get the chance to get warm.

No my PC doesn't crash in other applications. CPU and GPU aren't overclocked.

I will do stable test for the CPU and memory.

My games and drivers all are up to date. I maintain my PC very well and do regularly  (once a year )a clean install of Windows, so my PC is not full with junk.

I will check into the link you have send. I will let you know, if the test find anything.

Thanks
