Let me start out with Specs "I know the GPU is a strange choice"

I5-7600k "Stock Frequency ATM"

ASUS Z-270i

16Gb Corsair DDR4 3000Mhz

GTX 770 Reference Edition

600w EVGA Power Supply

Corsair H100i v2

Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Shift X

Now. The problem... My pc will hang on boot (Crash) occasionally... probably one in 5 times. and needs to be force shutdown to be start back up.

What i have tried:

Dis-assembling and Re-Assembling the whole thing (4 times)

updating the bios

reinstalling windows on  3 separate drives

cleaning out every slot on the board

replacing SATA cables

Using Linux

Using Windows 7

Using Windows 10 Pro

Updating Firmware

Running fur-mark to test GPU stability (fine)

Running Cinnebench to test CPU Stability (fine)

Removing Overclock

Removing and Cleaning RAM contacts

Things that "Seem to work"

Using a different GPU

switching to on-board Graphics

Installing my GPU into another PC (it worked fine)

The crashes only occur when handing off control of the PC from the bios to the OS, It will show the windows logo, and 3-5 of the dots on the loading circle frozen in place.

The Crash does NOT occur when using these parts in a different PC (except CPU, I didn't test that)

The Crashes started when I moved my hardware from my NZXT manta to the Shift X.

Please, if any of you have some godly knowledge of these sorts of things please lend me some help
