Thermal paste in socket

Hello, i am here again. I tried my best to clean my r5 1500x from the thermal paste but when i seat it in the socket, the CPU led red light pops up and its doing nothing. I suspect it because the thermal paste is stil in the AM4 socket and the pins cant get to the pads. What can I do to get rid of the paste on the pads? Can I use stream of 93% alcohol to get it out? Thanks for the answers.

Q tips and high percentage alcohol should make it. I'm not sure if 93% is enough.

You might be able to do the tech YES man method and spray it  with whatever you've got
