BIOS problems

Hello i need help with bios. I reset bios  but restart and show again. I add video

That doesn't give much information to work with. It just doesnt get past postscreen? Do you get windows logo? (or whatever OS you're using) Since when does this occure? Flashed BIOS recently? Had any updates recently? Have you tried to use monitor at something else then computer, does it stay powered on for longer then 15sec or so?

I turn on pc and all time restarting with this screen pause in few seconds and restarting pc and again show this blue screen os can't load because in bios is a problem
