Please help me to find out what i need for my pc to performe correctly.

Hello, im discovering a low FPS, and bad perfomance when gaming, and alot of stuttering.

When i play Call of Duty World War 2, i have a fps on the medium settings at 110-150, in some maps alot lower, and when bombs explode i discover alot of stuttering. With my specs, that you can see down in the bottom of this post, i've seen some reach a stable fps 180-200 and above, with the highest settings how come this be? When i play league of legends i get a fps at 250 in the start then when getting to my lane it drops to 130-140, usually with my specs you get 200 stable. Also in pubg and h1z1 i get 80 fps on medium settings, and i've seen many reach much higher frame rates.

MY SPECS:::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Motherboard:

gigabyte z270 ultra gaming

Ram: 2x DDR4 2133MHZ 8GB. So i got 16 gb, cuz i have two of these.

I7 7700k kaby lake, water cooled with double fans.CPU and cooling:

GPU:

Gigabyte gtx 1080TI.

Powersupply:

Corsair TX650

Not sure but I've seen 1080ti bottleneck I7 7700k at 5 ghz in some games

stuttering can be caused by various issues try maxing out your games except for anti aliasing, you can use fxaa though.

I have negligible specs compared to you but turning off anti aliasing in some games did the job for me.

What storage do you use (HDD and SSD) ?

From my experience slower or just older HDD can make game stutter even with your hardware since all the game files are stored on said storage device.

Maybe try defragmenting the HDD if you have never done it before (just don't ever defragment an SSD)

Mobo - Asus Maximus VI Formula Ram - Kingston HyperX Fury 1866mhz CL10 16GBCPU - Intel i7 4790K ;

GPU - Gainward RTX 2070 Phantom ; PSU - Corsair RM750x Cooler - CM Hyper 212 EVO
