Define c tg intake

What are your specs? Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

All fans have some degree of both static pressure and airflow and what's considered a static pressure or airflow fan is fairly arbitrary. Optimizing for one will often result in a design that sacrifices the other. The best fan has as much airflow as possible and enough static pressure for where it's being used.
