I'm looking to buy a micro four thirds camera for $200-$300. I know I have a really low budget but I'm just interested in learning about photography and playing around with old lenses using adapters. Any Suggestions?

What kind of things you want to take photo's off?

The Panasonic GF3 and GF5 are pretty cheap used. IF you buy one with a 14-42 lens you can buy old primes and old zoomlensen for more range. a 50mm Canon FD becomes a 100mm due the crop factor of 2.
