Good day, Linus.

I'am planning to build a pc for video editing. I would like to ask which is better cpu for it? is it more cores or more threads.? And can you give a list of builds that i choose from.

I just have a average budget for it.

I hope you can help me with this.

more cores is better, id get a I5 8600k over a I7 7700K for example

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
