AOC G2460PF or ASUS VG248QE

I am looking to buy a new monitor in the near future. I am looking for a 144hz 1080p 24’inch monitor. I came across the asus and the aoc named in the title and i don’t know what to get. The aoc is cheaper but not by much. It  also has free sync but i have a nvidia gpu right now so it’s more of a if i will get a amd gpu in the future or not. What do you guys think is better?

I have the AOC one and i'm very happy with it.

However, freesync/g-sync is nice but tbh it's not worth 100 bucks.

So getting freesync and sticking with a nvidia card is imo not that bad.
