Vertical GPU Riser

Loch

I've been in and out on cases and vertical gpu mounts. So, I have a Thermaltake Core x71, NOT THE TEMPERED glass one. I've noticed that the plain case doesn't come with support for vertical mounts. Are there universal vertical mounts anywhere? I don't want to buy another case just for one feature. It is for looks, but mainly for the convenience. My gpu is the Powercolor devil Radeon r9 390x closed loop and the tubes hit the side panel and seem to get slightly kinked. If there are any, that would be nice! Thanks!

Coolermaster has one but that requires modding of the pcie slots.

Hm, I see. I've decided to forget about cases and make a DIY Pc inside of a desk. I have the base and the glass, I just need to build the frame walls to support the glass. I don't plan on going crazy like Linus's build. Thanks for the response!
