HP Pavilion Wave Desktop 600-a0xx

Is one of these little guys more than enough for a bit of office use like Word/Excel and Internet browsing?

I have found one on the cheap side and was thinking about getting it for my mother in law.

The specs are:

Intel Core i5-6400T CPU @ 2.20GHz, 4 Core(s)

8GB RAM

2TB SATA Hard Drives

RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller, Ethernet

Unknown, Wireless

Intel, HD Graphics 530 + Advanced Micro Devices, [AMD/ATI], Bonaire PRO [Radeon R9 M270X]

Intel, Sunrise Point-H HD Audio

USB Port (3), USB Type C (1), LAN Port (1), HDMI Port (1), DP Port (1)

OS:Windows 10 Home

Would it be still enough in 3-4 years?
